Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use PuzleFix.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.puzlefix.com, which is owned and operated by The AI Barn, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (hello@theaibarn.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the site provides

PuzleFix provides free word tools, word lists and guides for personal, non-commercial use, including practice, learning and casual games. The tools use the ENABLE word list. Results are provided for information only and may not match the dictionary or rules used by a particular game, club or tournament.

3. Fair use in games

Using a solver during a game against other people may break that game's rules. It is your responsibility to follow the rules of the games you play.

4. Accuracy

We work to keep the tools and guides accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site is free from errors or always available. If you spot a mistake, please tell us; see our corrections policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy large parts of it automatically for republication. Reasonable personal use, linking and sharing are welcome.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text and code of PuzleFix belong to The AI Barn, except where stated. The ENABLE word list is in the public domain and is not owned by us. Game names such as Scrabble, Wordle, Quordle and Wordfeud are trademarks of their owners; PuzleFix is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Advertising and links

The site shows adverts through Google AdSense and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of adverts or external sites.

8. Liability

The site is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

9. Privacy

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle data.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
