Our aim
Every page on PuzleFix should help someone solve a puzzle, play a word game better or understand how our tools work. We would rather publish fewer, better pages than many thin ones.
Word lists and tool results
Word lists and tool results are generated by code directly from the ENABLE word list. We do not add, invent or hand-pick words for lists, apart from removing offensive slurs. Figures such as "the number of five-letter words" or "the most common letters" are counted from the list, and the count is shown so you can check it.
Guides
Guides explain game rules, tactics and patterns in plain UK English. Examples are checked against the word list before publication, and claims about game rules are checked against the published rules of the game. We do not publish invented statistics, testimonials or reviews.
Independence and advertising
PuzleFix is funded by advertising shown through Google AdSense. Advertisers do not influence which words appear, how results are ranked or what our guides say.
Updates and corrections
When the word list or a tool changes, we update the pages that depend on it. Errors are handled under our corrections policy. Our use of AI writing tools is described in our AI content policy.
